If the delivery address is your home, ask anyone else living there if they accepted the delivery. Please also check if the item was left with a neighbour or in a secure, weatherproof area of the property (such as in or around your building entrance). 


If the delivery address is your place of work, check with the post room, front desk and your colleagues to see if someone accepted the delivery.


Please also check that the delivery address was correct on your order confirmation. 


Please note that the tracking pages sent by Royal Mail occasionally log parcels as "delivered" prior to actual delivery taking place, especially during busy periods. Please allow 72 working hours before contacting us to allow for any such potential delays.


If your parcel is still missing after the above steps, please contact our customer service team so we can investigate.
