We are currently unable to cancel or amend your order if the items are in stock (marked as Available) at the time of purchase, due to the packing process at our partner's warehouse. 

If a mistake has been made when entering the shipping information, then it may be possible to redirect the parcel or arrange to collect it via your tracking information, but we are unable to guarantee this. If not, the parcel will be returned to us so that we can process a refund for the item(s) less the initial shipping costs. 

If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or not yet published, you can cancel the item via your order page. This is the best solution if you need to amend your address, or the quantity of books ordered.
