To arrange a collection, you still need to complete the valuation process (here) as usual.

Once you've received the confirmation email along with your DPD label, please reply directly to this email with the following information:

- Your address

- Your phone number
- Preferred collection dates (this can not be the day after your valuation) 

As soon as the collection has been arranged, you'll receive a further email to confirm this.
