If an audiobook is damaged or corrupted or otherwise unusable, please flag this with us within two days of the date of purchase. In certain cases, and at our sole discretion, we will refund Digital Books that we can confirm are substantially fraudulent, infringing or AI-generated.
When we process a refund for an audiobook, we’ll disable your access to the audiobook (and it will be deleted from your account). If you find that an audiobook you purchased no longer is useable because of changes in technology outside of our control (for example, because you bought a new device that does not support our file formats, or because the manufacturer’s firmware upgrade renders the audiobook unusable on that particular device), you are not entitled to a refund but you will still be able to access the audiobooks you have on any device that has a web browser.
- Refunding a credit must coincide with the removal of the corresponding number of distributed credits from that user’s credit balance.
- If any of the credits corresponding to the recent credit purchase have already been redeemed for an audiobook, the refunding action must also coincide with the return / removal of the redeemed audiobook/s from that user’s account.
